DINNER DELIVERY MENUS

No reason to venture out for dinner… we’ll bring it to you! Cooked by our gourmet chefs, delivered ready to eat…

How it works: (2 delivery options to choose from):

Option A:

  • Choose from any of our preset BBQ menus (6 guests or more)
  • 12% government tax and $75 (Grace Bay/Long Bay) to $100 (Chalk Sound) delivery fee will be added to your order (or you can pick it up in person from Bay Bistro Restaurant at Sibonne Hotel).
  • Food will be delivered warm (in disposable containers) (usually between 5:30pm-6:00pm)
  • 5 days’ notice requested (at least)

Below are some of our favorite BBQ menus, or you can customize a menu and we will be happy to price it for you….

Turks Head BBQ: ($50 per person)

  • Grilled prime rib of beef
  • Grilled catch of the day
  • Jerked chicken (spicy) (or you can choose Asian chicken with a ginger/soya marinade)
  • Corn on the cob
  • Potato salad
  • Caesar salad
  • Mango salsa
  • Tomato salsa
  • Freshly baked herb bread
  • Key lime pie with fresh fruit skewers

 

Island BBQ: ($55 per person)

Appetizers:

  • Chicken satay and peanut sauce
  • Conch fritters with spicy cocktail sauce

Mains:

  • Jerked chicken (spicy) (or you can choose Asian chicken with a ginger/soya marinade)
  • BBQ shrimp wrapped with hickory smoked bacon
  • Pork spareribs with smoky BBQ sauce
  • Caesar salad
  • House salad with basil vinaigrette
  • Curried pasta & pineapple salad
  • Island style peas and rice
  • Mango salsa
  • Tomato salsa
  • Freshly baked herb bread
  • Key lime pie

 

Seafood BBQ: ($65 per person)

Appetizers:

  • Conch fritters with spicy cocktail sauce
  • Shrimp cocktail with a horseradish cocktail sauce

Mains:

  • Grilled catch of the day (seasoned with lemon pepper)
  • Grilled chili shrimp
  • Grilled lobster with lemon garlic butter (If lobster is not in season April 1st – Aug 15th, we can substitute this with Prime rib)
  • Grilled vegetable skewers
  • Potato salad
  • Caesar salad
  • Tomato & mozzarella salad
  • Mango salsa
  • Tomato salsa
  • Freshly baked herb bread
  • Rum and chocolate baked bananas

  • Food will be delivered warm (in disposable containers) (usually between 5:30pm-6:00pm)

(prices are per person—please no more than two different variations of apps/mains-i.e., 2 beef/2 lobster)

Appetizers:

  • House salad ($10)
  • Caesar salad ($10)
  • Greek salad ($10)
  • Tomato and mozzarella salad ($12)
  • Arugula salad (with pear and blue cheese) ($10)
  • Coffee rubbed tuna ($13) (Yellowfin tuna seared rare and sliced paper-thin in an Asian marinade served with a garnish salad and pickled ginger)

 

Mains:
(All mains come with two sides from below list and fresh homemade bread-except the pasta which only comes with homemade bread)

  • Almond and herb encrusted grouper ($32)
  • Blackened catch of the day served with grilled chili shrimp and mango chutney ($32)
  • Garden vegetable pasta with a roasted tomato and basil sauce $25 (add shrimp-$34 or chicken-$29)
  • Beef tenderloin with a red wine jus ($45)
  • Oven roasted chicken with a white wine jus ($29)
  • Grilled lobster (in season Aug 15th-Mar 31) ($43)

Sides:
