BBQ MENU FOR DROP OFF

Below are some of our favorite BBQ menus, or you can customize a menu and we will be happy to price it for you….

How it works:

  • 6 person (adult) minimum
  • Pick any one bbq menu (or customize your own) 
  • 12% government tax and $50 (Grace Bay/Long Bay) to $100 (Chalk Sound) delivery fee will be added to your order (or you can pick it up in person from Bay Bistro Restaurant at Sibonne Hotel).
  • Food will be delivered warm in disposable containers (delivery is usually 5:30pm before dinner service gets busy at our restaurant).

Turks Head BBQ: ($50 per person)

  • Grilled prime rib of beef
  • Grilled catch of the day
  • Jerked chicken (spicy)
  • Corn on the cob
  • Potato salad
  • Caesar salad
  • Mango salsa
  • Tomato salsa
  • Freshly baked herb bread
  • Key lime pie with fresh fruit skewers

Island BBQ: ($55 per person)

Appetizer: Chicken satay and peanut sauce
Conch fritters with spicy cocktail sauce

Jerked chicken (spicy) or Thai style chicken (sweet) (PLEASE CHOOSE ONE)

  • BBQ shrimp wrapped with hickory smoked bacon
  • Pork spareribs with smoky BBQ sauce
  • Caesar salad
  • House salad with basil vinaigrette
  • Curried pasta & pineapple salad
  • Island style peas and rice
  • Mango salsa
  • Tomato salsa
  • Freshly baked herb bread
  • Key lime pie

Meat Lovers BBQ: ($65 per person)

Appetizer: Yellow fin tuna rolls with wasabi and pickled ginger
Chicken satay and peanut sauce

  • Black Angus hamburgers
  • Sirloin steak or prime rib
  • Jamaican pork chops
  • Corn on the cob
  • Potato salad
  • Tomato & mozzarella salad
  • Island style peas and rice
  • Mango salsa
  • Tomato salsa
  • Freshly baked herb bread

Seafood BBQ: ($65 per person)

Appetizer: Conch fritters with spicy cocktail sauce
Shrimp cocktail with a horseradish cocktail sauce

  • Grilled catch of the day (seasoned with lemon pepper)
  • Grilled chili shrimp
  • Grilled lobster with lemon garlic butter (If lobster is not in season April 1st – Aug 15th, we can substitute this with Prime rib)
  • Grilled vegetable skewers
